Background info for this panel

The world is in economic crisis. Calamities aflict the globe, as it spirals to total catasrophe. Our protagonist is Shlomo, a software developer who works on a program called BROD. In order to save the world, either one of 2 things must happen. If every Jew in the world keeps the Sabbath, with all its rules and prohibitions, the coming destruction can also be avoided. (The other is if BROD can help restart the European banks, the final economic and social crisis will be averted.)

Description of action

In this panel, Shlomo has just come home. He is standing inside, the front door closed behind him, still wearing his overcoat, as he speaks.

Characters

Shlomo Frumest, main character. Usually pictured in dark suit and tie, white shirt, yarmulke. Here is Shlomo. In this panel, he has an overcoat on as he arrives home.

Shlomo: "I'm just gonna use the bathroom before we eat."
