Background info for this panel

Shlomo (protagonist) has written a screenplay, and now it's opening night. Now we are watching the movie. It is telling the story of the Jewish false Messiah of the 1660s, Shabbtai Tzvi.
Shabbtai, his wife Sarah, and their followers are travelling across the Mideast, and have now reached Constantinople, where many believe he will be crowned "Moschiach", the Messiah, by the Sultan. The story continues as Shabbtai is instead imprisoned by the Sultan.

Characters

Shabbtai Tzvi, main character for the movie - false Jewish Messiah of the 1600s
His followers and other Ottoman Jews
Janissaries, the Ottoman Sultan's guards.

Description of action

This panel shows that Shabbtai has just entered the palace gates and is being placed in chains by the Sultan's royal guards (Janissaries). The crowd of supporters stands outside the gates, and watches in shock and confusion.
